What we do

Screen enclosure services

New construction and repair are separate paths here. Choose the one that matches your project, or start with a question if you’re not sure.

New enclosures and replacement

For a new screened space, or an enclosure that needs replacing rather than repairing.

Rescreening & repair

Screen doors, closers and hardware

Doors that drag, slam or won’t latch, worn closers and hinges, and rusted fasteners.

Not sure which you need?

Start with the rescreen, repair or replace guide, or send a request and choose “Not sure yet.” A person reviews every request.

We build screened spaces only: we do not build solid-roof patio covers or glass or vinyl sunrooms.

Assess in this order

  1. Step 1

    Safety

Anything bent, sagging, leaning or pulling away from the house? Keep clear and get an assessment.

  2. Step 2

    Structure

House attachment, beams, uprights, bracing and footings. Fix structural problems before anything else.

  3. Step 3

    Doors & fasteners

Closers, hinges, latches and rusty screws. Usually contained repairs.

  4. Step 4

    Screen

A few torn panels: repair them. Brittle screen everywhere: rescreen.

Tell us what you’re planning, or what needs fixing

A person reviews every request. We look at measurements and visible condition before any pricing.

About this website

This is a website concept for a screen enclosure company. The brand name is a placeholder, and no active service business is taking requests through this site. Forms, phone, text and email actions are in demo mode: nothing you enter is sent or stored, and all images are illustrative renders.

“OpenView Screen & Patio” is a demonstration name and is not presented as a registered or operating business.
