Where we work
Service areas in Orlando and Central Florida
Orlando is the focus, with nearby communities across four counties. Each community page covers what’s local: which building department reviews permits, review districts, terrain and water.
Planned coverage for this demo. A real business must confirm the communities it serves before launch.

Permits
City limits and mailing addresses aren’t the same thing
A mailing address tells the post office where to deliver, not which government reviews your permit. Several large communities use a city’s mailing name while sitting in unincorporated county land:
- Dr. Phillips uses Orlando addresses but is unincorporated Orange County.
- Heathrow uses a Lake Mary ZIP code but is unincorporated Seminole County.
- Horizon West uses Winter Garden and Windermere ZIP codes but is unincorporated Orange County.
We confirm jurisdiction from the parcel before planning permitted work. Permit rules differ between city and county building departments and depend on the exact scope, so we confirm what applies to your address before work begins.
Don’t see your community?
Coverage near the edges depends on the project. Send a request with your ZIP code and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can help.
