This policy explains how OpenView Screen & Patio ("we") handles information collected through this website.

When you send a request through our form, we collect what you enter:

• Required: your name, phone number, ZIP code and the type of project.
• Optional: email address, approximate dimensions, screen or frame concerns you select, and any notes you write.
• Context: the page you sent the form from and a random reference number for the request.
• Campaign details: if you arrived through a link that contains campaign tags (such as UTM parameters or Google click identifiers like gclid), those tags and the page you first landed on are kept in your browser’s session storage and sent along with your request, so we can tell which campaign led to it.

• IP address, for abuse prevention. When a request is sent, our server uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is converted into a one-way hashed key and counted for up to 24 hours; the address itself is not stored by the website. These counters are held in server memory only.
• Form timing. The form requests a short-lived, signed token when you start typing, which helps us detect automated submissions. It contains no personal information.
• Hosting logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic request information such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage for campaign details (if any) and local storage to remember choices such as a consent decision, if a consent banner is shown.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to requests (using campaign tags, not your personal details)
• To protect the site and form from spam and abuse

• Email delivery: requests are delivered to our inbox through an email delivery service (to be named by the owner), which processes the message on our behalf.
• Our team: the people who respond to requests.
• Hosting: the company that hosts this website.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Analytics and advertising measurement are currently switched off on this site. If they are turned on in the future, this section will describe them before they start, and events will not include your name, phone number, email address or notes.

• The website does not store form submissions in a database. Requests are delivered by email.
• A random reference for each request is kept briefly in server memory to prevent duplicate submissions.
• Abuse-prevention counters expire within 24 hours.

• You can call or email instead of using the form, once contact details are published.
• You can decline analytics in the consent banner, when one is shown.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us.

This site is intended for adults arranging home improvement work and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The site uses HTTPS, keeps credentials on the server, and limits and screens form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t include sensitive information such as payment details in the form.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
